Maintain your taqwa online and offline

We have clear examples of what we all should strive for in the Quran and the Holy Prophet (SAW):

وَإِنَّكَ لَعَلَى‏ خُلُقٍ عَظِيمٍ‏

“And most surely you conform (yourself) to sublime morality” (Quran 68:4)

We pray you’ll maintain your taqwa both on and off the app. Any inappropriate behavior could result in a permanent ban.

  • Keep all conversations on Muzz so we can do our job keeping you safe

  • Report any behavior that breaks our guidelines - we investigate EVERY report

How we handle reports

The behaviour guidelines have been put in place to keep Muzz safe for all of our members.

Our specialist support team are online 24/7 to investigate all reports of bad behaviour and reserve the right to warn or permanently ban any member, regardless of whether or not they are a gold subscriber.
